Head of Digital
Ailis McKernan is Head of Digital for AMR.
Ailis joined AMR from Nectar, the largest loyalty programme. As the Strategy and Product Director she sat on the Senior Leadership Team and was responsible for all of Nectar’s digital assets, including leading a £20m digital transformation.
Prior to Nectar, she worked for Tesco Online in Operations Development and prior to that spent four years as a strategy consultant.
Ailis holds a degree in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University. She also studied Design Thinking at Stanford University.
