AMR International supports Audax Private Equity in its acquisition of AllOver Media, a leading provider of alternative out of home advertising services
Out of home (OOH) advertising markets products to consumers in high-traffic outdoor and indoor venues through billboards, street furniture and transit properties. AllOver Media is a market leader in the Alternative Out-Of-Home (AOOH) segment, which is focused on niche venues such as gas station c-stores, truck advertising, arenas and stadiums.
AMR was engaged to establish a forward outlook for AOOH. AMR also set-out to understand AllOver Media’s competitive positioning and provide a view on growth opportunities post-acquisition.
AMR provided Audax Private Equity a clear view on the sustainability, risk and growth opportunities of the target’s business. On March 19, 2015 Audax announced its investment in AllOver Media.
