AMR International makes senior management changes to support international growth

AMR International is pleased to announce a change in the senior management team structure from January 2012. Denzil Rankine will assume the role of Executive Chairman and Jim Easton will take over as Chief Executive. 

As Executive Chairman, Denzil will shift his centre of gravity to AMR’s New York office where he will continue to support the growth of the business worldwide.  Denzil founded AMR International in 1991 and has built the business into a leading market-based strategy consultancy. AMR provides strategic advice and acquisition support across the globe to major corporations and private equity providers from its offices in London, New York, Frankfurt and Paris.

Jim Easton joined AMR in 2001, becoming a Director in 2007 and then Chief Operating Officer in 2010. Jim has been instrumental in developing AMR’s distinctive strategy consulting approach which combines data –driven analysis with best-in-class research, bringing insight to strategy.

“I am delighted that Jim is able to succeed me as CEO. He has the right balance of leadership qualities and strategy consulting skills” stated Denzil,  “After 21 years I am very happy that we can now split the roles of Chairman and CEO; I am now looking forward to spending more time with clients.”
