AMR International supports Alpha Group's acquisition of Maillefer SA

Maillefer SA is a leading provider of extrusion machinery focusing on engineering, integration of components and project management. Its major customers are manufacturers of power and telecom cables as well as high quality polyethylene composite plastic pipes. Maillefer sells across Europe, China, Russia and the Middle East.

Due to the competitive nature of the transaction process, the speed of due diligence was crucial. AMR quickly put together an international project team to cover Maillefer’s international business scope. AMR confirmed the strong growth of Maillefer’s major target markets and its robust competitive position, especially for the high and medium voltage power cable sector. AMR International recommended the investment from a commercial viewpoint and Alpha successfully closed the transaction.
