AMR International supports Inflexion Private Equity in its acquisition of Aspen Pumps

Established in 1992 by three engineers, Aspen Pumps manufacture and distribute condensate pumps and air conditioning accessories, designed for all conditions and variable installations.

Inflexion Private Equity was attracted to the buoyant growth the airconditioning market has shown in recent years, approaching AMR to conduct commercial due diligence on Aspen Pumps. AMR’s research showed that Aspen Pumps displayed good growth prospects, with a strong and experienced management team. Following AMR’s recommendations, Inflexion Private Equity made an investment in Aspen Pumps to take on a majority stake in the newco, with management investing for a minor stake.
