Project Manager / Senior Consultant - London office

AMR International Ltd. requires a Project Manager / Senior Consultant to develop new business and manage operations in The Netherlands.

The role and principal accountabilities:

• To win new business in The Netherlands
• To build, maintain and foster client relationships in The Netherlands
• To assist with the recruitment and training of Dutch speaking consultants, both full-time and freelancers
• To manage the flow and productivity of the teams working on Dutch projects
• To fully manage projects (scope, direct and supervise)
• To deliver projects on budget, on time and to the required standard

The ideal candidate will have:

• Fluency in Dutch
• 5+ years commercial experience or 3+ years consultancy experience at senior level, including market analysis and exposure to M&A
• Experience of business development in The Netherlands / managing client relationships
• Experience in leadership positions in The Netherlands / managing teams of Dutch consultants
  
• Excellent written and spoken English
• The ability to write proposals
• Consulting experience with some evidence of project management skills (developing timetable, resourcing, monitoring progress)
• Strong grasp of a range of analytical techniques
  
• Good presentation skills
• Strong IT skills (MS Office)
• Education to degree level, possibly with MBA

You will be working on a variety of projects, from commercial due diligence projects to proposals and business development reports. You will be a resourceful problem solver committed to obtaining hard to find data to address key issues. Projects typically last three weeks and will include work for private equity and corporate clients across a wide range of market sectors.
