French-language Consultant / Senior Consultant wanted:
We are currently recruiting for a French-language Consultant / Senior Consultant to extend our permanent team in London
Main Objectives:
To work with minimum supervision as part of a project team to develop, recommend and implement work plans for delivering French and UK strategy consultancy projects within tight deadlines, under the overall guidance of the project manager and in different industry sectors.
To deliver report sections or full reports for the more straightforward projects, with minimum supervision from the project manager or director.
To assist in the research and issue analysis for writing pitches and proposals to clients.
Through commitment, hard work, experience and training, to progress within the organisation, delivering more complex projects and taking on more responsibilities.
Generic Key Skills:
• Bilingual French-English, excellent written and spoken skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Good level of numeracy
• Good level of IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Inquisitive, enquiring mind

Specific Key Skills:
• Good grasp of commercial / strategic issues
• Capable of identifying and focusing on the key issues
• Project management skills
• Good grasp of a range of analytical techniques (quantitative / qualitative)
• Understanding of financial statements
• Efficient at desk research
• Excellent B2B interviewing skills
• Excellent client-facing skills
Responsibilities:
• Contribute to identifying the key project issues
• Provide some real insights into analysing and resolving the project issues
• Develop project workplan and timetable
• Implement workplan and monitor progress
• Guide other team members
• Carry through a research programme
• Provide “first cut” report sections and small reports both in French and English
Experience:
• 4-6 years professional experience, ideally in management consultancy
• B2B interviewing experience and desk research
• Analytical experience
• Client facing

The role is initially based in London.
Freelance strategic researchers wanted:
We are currently recruiting freelance strategic researchers to supplement our permanent team in London
The role: total involvement in projects, from data collection, phone interviewing, analysis and report writing, to presentation of results.
Work is on a project basis, usually at least three weeks in duration.
Successful applicants will have:
• an enquiring mind, with a confident outgoing phone manner
• a strong understanding of business and/ or management experience
• a good level of numeracy
• B2B / market research experience (useful, but not essential)
• a professional attitude
• proficiency in MS Office
• internet search experience
• the ability to work collaboratively in a small team
• an excellent command of English
• In addition we seek researchers with the following languages spoken to native standard - French, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Dutch and Italian
