Dans le cadre de son expansion, AMR International cherche à recruter un consultant senior pour renforcer son équipe française. Poste basé à Paris. Descriptif ci-joint.

Main Objectives:
To deliver report sections or full reports for the more straightforward French and international strategy consultancy projects, with minimum supervision from the project manager or director. As part of a project team to develop, recommend and implement work plans for delivering projects within tight deadlines.
To assist in the research and issue analysis for writing pitches and proposals to clients.
Through commitment, hard work, experience and training, to progress within the organisation, delivering more complex projects and taking on more responsibilities.

Nous intervenons à la fois sur des problématiques de stratégie de croissance interne et externe pour des grands groupes et sur des projets de LBO pour des fonds d’investissement. Nos principaux secteurs d’activité sont les médias, les produits industriels et les services B2B. Notre approche est orientée ‘outside-in’ avec un focus marché.
Rôle:
Le stagiaire est appelé à soutenir les équipes AMR à Paris, sur des projets en France et à l’international.
Sur les projets d’intervention, le stagiaire est membre de l’équipe à part entière, et intervient principalement dans quatre domaines :
• Desk research
• Analyse de données (quantitatives et qualitatives)
• Entretiens téléphoniques B2B
• Participation à la réalisation de « pitch » et présentations clients
Le stagiaire contribue également à la réflexion stratégique sur chaque projet.
Profil:
Stage de césure ou fin d’études pour étudiant en école de commerce de premier rang
Compétences requises:

Main objectives:
Total involvement in projects, from data collection, phone interviewing, analysis and report writing, to presentation of results.
Work is on a project basis, usually at least three weeks in duration.

Country Manager - Brazil
Location:
Brief inital period in London (6-9 months) then Sao Paulo, Brazil

Main objectives:
Initially working on client assignments as Project Manager, the aim is to prepare you as quickly as possible to take on a local leadership role. As Brazil Country Manager you will run the country operation and report to the CEO in London. This is a client-facing role; you will naturally instill confidence in clients, as well as having the ability to network within chosen industry verticals. You will guide multiple teams to excellent results on assignments. These teams are often multi-cultural, from diverse educational backgrounds and based between offices. To do this you must be a strategic thinker, equally capable of excellent numerical analysis and extracting value from primary customer and competitor research.
Responsibilities:
The Brazil Country Manager will run the Sao Paulo office, taking responsibility for new business development and project execution.
• Responsible for the day-to-day management of the staff and office, in close cooperation with the London-based CEO
• Exceptional communication and team building/mentoring skills
• Strong executive presence and client building/influencing skills
• Implementation of local marketing and business development in close cooperation with the Marketing Manager
• Identifying opportunities and writing client-winning proposals

Main objectives:
You will work predominantly within the Brazilian team on primary and secondary research and have the opportunity to contribute to strategic analysis and report production. You will be supporting the team during strategy assignments and acquisition advisory work, which will provide a deep understanding of corporate M&A and the private equity industry.
