Denzil Rankine is chief executive of AMR International, which he founded in 1991. He has nearly 25 years’ experience of advising companies on acquisitions and strategic development throughout the world. Denzil has now worked on hundreds of acquisition programmes predominantly with British, other European and American acquirers, as well as numerous private equity investors. He has been on the ground advising on agreed and hostile deals valued at up to $2 billion in over 30 countries. Denzil has drawn on this experience to write five books.
